Indeed, we heard more private plane crashes in the news in recent years. Which make us wonder, is it because these non-commercial pilots don’t fly often thus are more apt to make deadly mistake?

Plane accident or any accident for that matter is devastating to the families and loved ones of those who perished. Most would be lost when it comes to what to do or how to proceed with the lawsuits without expert advice of an experienced aviation lawyer. Private plane crash lawsuits can be complex and challenging as the private aircraft and do not have the “black boxes” which commercial planes do. You may be envy that rich people who can afford to fly around on private jet charter, they are more likely to died of plane crash. :-)
