I have not been wearing a watch for years. Ever since I got my first cell phone in 2002, it has served as my alarm and time keeper. My last watch which still works by the way is a Seiko. In fact, the first watch I ever owned in my life was also a Seiko. It was a gift from my grandma when I was 9 or 10 years old. She promised to buy me a watch if I got first in the class and I did.

If I ever decided to wear a watch again and need to get a new watch. I would still get one of the durable Seiko Watches. What about you? If you need to buy a watch for the man in your life, what kind of watches will you be interested?

Maybe we grew up admiring the stunning classic pearl necklace that my mother wore on special occasions, my sisters and I have always preferred the simple yet elegant pearl jewelry. Recently, during her traveling trips, my mother bought us pearl rings. The rings are silver, set with very nice looking pearls. Though our knowledge of pearls is limited, it stops where we know the difference between elegant and stunning pearls and fish eyes.:-)
