Leah’s Cafe

Leah is Chinese Malaysian, married to an American. Leah’s Cafe is about life in a small town. Leah’s Cafe serves small town tales seasoned with laughters, humor and sometime peppered with cynicism.

Leah is a teacher. She has taught math for 13 years in two institutions before she quits to run her own tutoring business and a Montessori preschool. She just folded up the Montessori preschool to concentrate on tutoring children with reading difficulties (dyslexic?) right now. The children are learning to Spell, Write and Read with a wonderful program written by Mrs Wanda Senseri. Despite the fact that she is not a native speaker nor English major, the children are progressing very well. I guess the same applies, the swimming couches do not have to be  swimming champions! LOL
